The seas and the oceans cover most of earth's surface and their presence was fundamental to bring life to our planet and now their health is in danger

Help me help build a network of Hope Spots large enough to save the blue heart of our planet

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. We need your support to save the ocean, one Hope Spot at a time.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support Mission Blue. As Dr. Earle said "I wish you would use all means at your disposal — films, the web, expeditions, new submarines, a campaign! — to ignite public support for a network of global marine protected areas, hope spots large enough to save and restore the ocean, the blue heart of the planet. – Dr. Sylvia Earle's 2009 TED Prize wish that launched Mission Blue — and you can be a part of it.
