The Big Blue. It sure looks beautiful on instagram huh? Sitting on a beach, staring out into the seemingly never ending body of water... it's difficult to imagine how dire the circumstances are, how desperately in trouble the coral, fish and other marine life currently are. It's difficult to imagine something so large can be effected by, well- you! And me! But it can be and it is. On a scale never seen before. Currently only 1% of the ocean and seas are globally protected.
Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to join me in affecting a positive change instead. Mission Blue will protect areas currently under grave threat of over fishing, dumping and mining/drilling. These Hope Spots create not only hope but real, measurable differences. Please donate, even a small amount, and be the hero the ocean needs.
